Born from a personal journey with kidney disease
MediMate Foundation is inspired by a personal journey as a kidney transplant survivor and dialysis patient. What began as a practical solution to manage complex post-transplant care evolved into a broader mission to support transplant recipients, chronic kidney patients, cancer patients, and caregivers.
The first version was built during a Replit Buildathon, combining lived patient experience with data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities. Since then, the platform has grown through continuous beta testing, user feedback, and collaboration with healthcare-focused communities.
