By accessing or using MediMate Foundation's website and mobile application ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MediMate Foundation is operated by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the State of California. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

MediMate Foundation provides digital health management tools including medication tracking, health monitoring, care coordination, and AI-powered health insights. Our Services are designed to support transplant recipients, chronic kidney disease patients, and their caregivers. MediMate Foundation is currently in beta and available through Apple TestFlight.

3. Not Medical Advice

Important: MediMate Foundation is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information and tools provided through our Services are for informational and self-management purposes only. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding your health conditions and treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by MediMate Foundation.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content and Health Data

You retain ownership of all health data and content you enter into MediMate Foundation. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services. You may export or delete your data at any time. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services
• Submit false or misleading information

7. Beta Software

MediMate Foundation is currently offered as beta software through Apple TestFlight. Beta software may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We provide the beta version "as is" and make no warranties regarding its reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediMate Foundation and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, any health decisions made based on information provided by MediMate Foundation.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the MediMate Foundation platform, including but not limited to the software, design, logos, and content, are owned by MediMate Foundation or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without our express written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
