About MediMate Foundation
Built by a patient, for patients
MediMate Foundation is a patient-centered digital health initiative inspired by a personal journey as a kidney transplant survivor and dialysis patient. What began as a practical solution to manage complex post-transplant care evolved into a broader mission to support transplant recipients, chronic kidney patients, cancer patients -- including those facing diagnoses like glioblastoma -- and caregivers through accessible, intelligent health tools.
The first version of MediMate Foundation was built during a Replit Buildathon, combining lived patient experience with data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities. Since then, the platform has grown through continuous beta testing, user feedback, and collaboration with healthcare-focused communities.
